Technical Administrative Specialist, Replacement Parts Distribution Eastern Europe 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Processing spare parts enquiries
  
• Using the technical documentation to identify the requisite materials
• Preparing spare parts and retrofit offers, following up open offers
• Processing orders and issuing shipping and export documents
• Case processing, from quote generation to invoicing, in SAP, including the dunning process
• Handling customer complaints and issuing returns and credit notes

Your qualifications

• Basic technical training with further training in the commercial sector
• Experience in telephone and written customer contact
• Capable of working independently and in a structured and efficient manner
• Good understanding of technical drawings and plans
• Organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good enterprise resource planning (ERP) knowledge, SAP and foreign trade experience desirable
  
• Very good knowledge of German or English, Polish, Czech or Slovenian
